Ooh I'm showing off. I have made a gorgeous potatoes boulangeire to go with a garlic and rosemary roasted. pork. And a batch of freshly made choc chunk shortbread cooling on the side to serve with ice cream and berries.

I will not need to eat for the rest of the weekend.

Spatchcock Chicken (how appropriate!) with garlic and herbs, with sliced pots and onions in white wine and cream sauce with parsley, and Perky's favourite - carrot diced swede! Lol!

... and for the main course.....

Made my own chicken curry tonight with fresh chillies and basmati rice. Tomorrow will be either a chicken or pork chop salad. My eyes are still stinging after the curry. Just as well I am on my own tonight.
