3 slices of toast and tea for me.

Butter on the toast no sugar in the tea.

Says thick slice on the bread wrapper but looks medium/thin at best.

Have a wonderful safe day

I've been making it this way for about 15 years now. I just can't drink it past around tea time as it makes bedtime a struggle. Oh, hello wine

Usually just a shake,

But we have toast with homemade jam at the weekend or a full fry up made without oil so reasonably healthy.

My favourite breakfast ever was steak and eggs when I was in the US working. It came with potatoes that were coated in something but tasted awesome
