You never know what someone is going through behind closed doors.

I know this is nothing new but there are too many trolls and unhelpful arseholes who hide behind screens judging those they don't know.

If you're thinking of doing so based on someone's status, think again.

It's better to improve someone's day with a supportive message than bring them down and be catty.

There are lots of lovely people on the forums but a few on the site who need to learn this.

If you're feeling down I'm happy to listen and try to improve your mood.

I have had the worst few months and have found coming on here a much needed distraction but I have some truly horrid messages lately and I think god how can some people be so nasty when they neither know me or my circumstances. Luckily I’m made of strong stuff but when people come at you for no other reason but to troll you that kind of stinks.
