4 middle aged non pushy fun to be around guys having a weekend in Liverpool this weekend, any advice from regular visitors or locals as to where the best areas for having a great friendly social night, few beers, music etcand of course the opportunity to chat to ladies couples etc,, we dont want a brothel lol we like the chase and lead up , all nice and relaxed.

Castle Street a good place to start with a few drinks, be better if it’s sunny so can sit outside and people watch

Bold street for food then concert square. Then drift over to Castle street and Mathew street for late night drinking.

Great city and you'll have a great time.

Under the Duvet

If you want a pub where everyone talks to you whether you want them to or not, plus great beer, jukebox and a lil beer garden go to my favourite pub Ye Old Cracke.

You probably won't cop off but its definetly worth a visit.

Could combine it with the Phil, as pretty near each other.

Lots of good boozers in the Hardman Street end of town.

Alternatively, some good options in Dale St such as Rigby's, Ship n Mitre etc
