just poured myself some ice cold semi skimmed... its heaven.

Been ages since i've had a glass. Do you ever drink it or does it only ever go in drinks or with cereal?

I have always loved (semi skimmed) milk - fortunately I dont suffer from any dairy allergies like so many people do these days. It is a top notch drink as far as I am concerned

I used to drink it with a little bit of sugar

because our family have genetic problems passed to all of us even our children we drink a lot of milk

I dont drink that much any more being older, however i make my son drink a pint a day

Have to get plenty of calcium down me to stave off osteomalacia, so yes... as much milk dairy and stuff as I can and I take prescribed supplements too

I've weaned myself onto skimmed milk for my coffee and cereal , but it just doesn't taste the same for drinking so I rarely have it on it's own now.

I only went from skimmed milk up to semi skimmed because of little one. Full fat would make me gag.. and thats like unheard of for me
