I prefer to see relaxed.

I tend to think tensed can look too "try hard" if ya know what I mean. I want people to feel comfortable in my company and don't expect or want them to feel like they need to be in pose position. It's like when you can see them flexing their arms to look buffer and it doesn't always suit the picture or pose.
