been a strange few days and i'm so happy at the moment

and its just lots of little things which has made me smile laugh and have a smirk on my face

so whats happiness to you at the moment

little house on the praire

Im going through a difficult time at the moment, and what makes me happy is i cant believe how much people care about me. All my friends, mum and Jay, do everything to keep me happy and make me laugh, besides doing practical things like running round taking me to appointments ect. Even my doctor makes me laugh lol

Arse End of the Universe, Cumbria

Both my cats cuddled up to me and I know they're safe in for the night (even though I found a half eaten pigeon in the yard this evening that I had to dispose of).....

My mam in her new flat, seeming to finally settle in (though she'll never admit it, cos that'd mean we were right), her health improving and being able to chat and laugh with her again and it's like having my old mam back after she's been missing a few years while her illnesses have been in control....

Finally accepting that I've a chronic illness myself, it's gonna be with me the rest of my life, but I can do things to help and I don't have to take the "too young for joint replacement" crap from my GP - my specialist is taking me seriously....

Swinging plans for the next 4 weekends! Must remember to get repeat prescription for my meds!

Well after a year of being in and out of hospital I am finally back to my healthy self. I survived major surgery and feel better now than I have in years.

I found a new job that I will start in October which I think will bring me allot more happiness.

Visiting my only brother at the weekend who had a stroke last Wednesday and finding out that it was caught in time and hopefully he should make a full recovery. Improvements were made from the Friday to Monday so I'm feeling much happier and optimistic today than I was this time last week.

Happiness for me is feeling contempt, and not worrying about the things I can't controll.

At the moment I would say I'm 90% happy. There will always be things that niggle me hence I'm very rarely 100% happy. But I'm ok with that as it let's me know I still have the get up and ho to improve myself.

And this month I did get to a 95%.
