I have read that men can ejaculate from a priests massage. I have tried this but find it is not very sensitive and have not been aroused enough to cum. I am guessing there is a knack to to this. Does anyone have any suggestion/advice on how this can be pleasurable?

I'd recommend getting someone else to do it for you, especially if they already have some experience. That way, you can just enjoy the whole thing, rather than try to focus on getting it right etc.

Obviously lots of lube and relaxation helps too - maybe work yourself over with a toy, to get used to things being up there too.
