I was arsing around on a giant inflatable obstacle course on Sunday afternoon - 3 or 4 pints in, obviously - and attempting to beat brother to the finish but managed to slam my face into the ground on the way out

My neck and arm, which I also clonked on the way out, have been aching like hell all week....

I woke up feeling 46, first tooth ache gum swell, think i have seeds trapped in there, sat thinking you know your getting older when you realise you can no longer eat multi grain seed foods

I've not long turned 40 (mrs) I don't know where the years are going lol. My husbands 47 and he says your only as old as the woman you feel haha

Woke up in the morning feeling 40, how the hell did you get them all in the one room for starters, not to mention how you got round them all with only 8 fingers, two thumbs, and whatever you did with your toes to keep them all happy. The most I've ever woke up feeling is 2, and I thought that was bliss, but 40, that's something else!!!

My shoulder is also ouchy, but probably due to 5 or 6 miles wheelchairing, gym and yanking myself up a fucking ski jump level ramp off the train platform so I could get home after my car broke down
