People’s perceptions

I’m going to have to work a lot harder to change people perceptions of me and most important my ethnicity unfortunately we all preach it's what is inside that counts but on here it looks like ethnicity Is a big question am I right

I don't know what people's perception of you is, so can't say whether you need to work harder on changing that. (I don't recommend changing to fit in with internet people anyway).

There are undeniably various perceptions of different ethnicities but not everyone has the same opinions.

There are some cultural attitudes that are not in keeping with what i am looking for but this has nothing to do with what someone looks like.

Sometimes - it's not trying hard that people find more endearing.

Just be yourself and those that find your natural charactistics pleasing will let you know.

You are right but ( I’m both playing the sympathy card) but why is it hard to get past the first message to be honest the past 6 months I ain’t had 1 reply

I don't know what your messages are like but can see that your profile is a little mixed in the messages that it gives out. Maybe look at how you are presenting yourself there.

Also remember that to stand out takes a bit of work here. Ethnicity may play a part in people not replying but there may be other factors too

If you're true to yourself and happy surely that's all that matters. As for an apparent ethnicity problem, as long as they're not being abusive towards you (report them if they are) forgot them, you're obviously better than them.
