Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Not sure - last night had steamed fiish seasoned with pepper and chopped mince garlic and spring onions on top. Steamed broccoli; sweetcorn; carrots and peas. Microwaved frozen baked potatoe, scooped out the flesh, mashed it and added garlic butter & slightly salted butter. Made a parsley sauce with soya milk.

Might replace the fish with fish fingers. I have a youngs cracked black pepper but don't fancy putting the oven on as it's been humid all day!

Very simple tonight.

Quorn steak, fries and peas! Probably with gravy too

Last night though, we had Chinese pan-fried Salmon with broccoli and jasmine rice.
