Remember back in the days when Hazmat suits were just coming into fashion and we all went out to buy toilet paper and bulk bags of rice and pasta … well back then I thought I would take the opportunity to get try and lose a bit of weight and would post a photo each week to motivate myself to keep going. Sadly, upon returning here, it seems this magical day no longer exists. So for all you hairy/ dad bod chaps, who do not qualify for Torso Tuesday, let’s get the ball rolling again and let’s see if the ladies still like a bit of the ‘maturer’ male frame

I did lose 2 1/2 stone in lockdown, still don’t think I qualify for Torso Tuesday though, so this is the thread for me

Welcome … I to am in the same boat … that last stone and a half refuses to stay off
