Any vegetables you hated as a kid but don't mind now me was sprouts as a kid like them now

I was the same with sprouts but I think is was more my mother's cooking. They were always too overdone and basically balls of green mush.

I found I love them when they are cooked properly.

I can't say the same for parsnips though. They shall remain on the reject shelf.

Probably cauliflower for me too but I'm still not a fan of it just boiled which is how I was always given it as a kid. These days some veggie places cook it amazingly wuth loads of seasonings and spices or glazes on it. Yummy!

Same with us with sprouts you had them at Christmas but started cooking them at Easter

Once I learnt that cauliflower is just ghost broccoli it put me off, I can’t even eat cauliflower cheese, it’s just the thought of it being haunted scares me.

Didn't have much veg as a child. Tea was chips with fish fingers/sausages/pie/fish etc.

I eat them now but only for health reasons I can't say that I love any veg.

I don't hate Veggies. But some are chose very sporadically and in certain dishes only.
