Not the best nite ive ever had......why do you lay there tired yet your minds on a roll.....couldnt drop off for hrs...then when i did was for short periods of time.....ohhhh i think i need a holiday

I never sleep for long. Normaly go to bed about midnight and am up at about two or three in the morning xx

not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

Musht have been something in the air , I didn't sleep well either, as usual when the alarm sounded it seemed like I'd just gotten to sleep, its going to be a long day...

If ya need someone to put ya towel on ya lounger before those pesky Germans do, I'm available, I'm pretty cheap too.

I wasn't sleeping well before my jollies. I was waking about 4am every morning. Do you know what I found on holiday. I was still waking at 4 our time. But was 6am their time. How cool is that. I'm pretty much set for Turkish time naturally.

Yeah, I've just been on Faceache and all I can see on my news feed is "SO tired, had no sleep, horrible nightmares last night. ect".

I was up most of the night feeling rather ill and woke up this morning with a blazing migraine. - Couldn't muster up the energy to "Man Up" though, so I'll admit I've called in sick today.

Still can't get back to sleep though.

There must be a rule about bird droppings making it onto the forums.

A restless night here too. It's dark, I'm lazy and can work from bed this morning. With the Paralympics on.

We all need to do something that aids a restful night sleep. I wonder what that could be?
