What’s your favourite sleeping position? Mine is fetal position and find myself sleeping like that a lot

I move about a lot so I'm not sure... snuggled up until I overheat then rolling over and sleeping on my tummy, splayed out like a chubby starfish.

I also like things in between my legs pillows are great or a blanket too x

I tend to always have a blanket to cover me I can’t sleep without (or really struggle) x

Or I can wake on my back with my arms over my head.

Lying on my side, bottom leg straight, top leg bent, one arm under the pillow with my head resting on it.

I got one of those pregnancy pillows. I'd end up fighting with it because I toss ans turn so just use a pillow now. My cat often sleeps on me, she's learnt to stand up walk on the spot whilst I turn over and then plop back down

Depends on many factors. Alone…… probably on my back. But I’ll snore. If I’ve got somebody with me, probably as big spoon. Or face down in the pillow.

I can't sleep on my left side because otherwise my entire leg goes numb. I'm currently lying on my front but mainly it's right side, kinda recovery position with a pillow between my legs or I find myself on my back with my arms over my head. However this makes my leg sore and my left hand numb

Reading

Fetal , but once asleep . Have woken up head at end of bed , feet by headboard. Plus other positions . Odd thing is if someone in bed with me , apparently hardly move once asleep.

Mrs prefers spoon position with her hand on the goods lol me personally prefer on my side back to back as more comfortable plus Mrs can snore well so do I time's lol
