I went to sleep about midnight

My OH woke me about 1.30 to ask if he could put the fan on

Back to sleep about 2.30

Car alarm went off up the road at 4.40 and didn't stop til after 5

At 6.15 I had a 20 kilo Staffy on my chest telling me he wanted a wee

I am a little fuzzy this morning

I've not slept in for years now it seems. I routinely wake up around 5.30-6am. For once I'd just love to wake up at 10 .

From memory the last good night's sleep I had was following a met and she stayed the night, having someone else in the bed was very comforting.

I should do that again

Dear Partner,

Instructions for turning fan on.

1. Open front door take dog around the block for a pee.

2. Whilst walking the dog, disable all car alarms.

3. Put huge bone in dog bed, put dog bed in large cage.

4. Turn on fan - sleep on couch.

Me too. If it gets to 6 on a Summer morning I consider that a lie in .

It's the half fours n fives I hate but even then if I'm fully awake I get up.
