Is bisexual a disadvantage?

Hi all. I'm wondering if being bisexual/bicurious is a turn off for ladies or couples on this site?

(I definitely prefer girls so it's maybe not worth the risk )

Some will be put off, some will love it.

Don’t change yourself to try to please others

be yourself.

i no longer care what others think.

i will meet who i wish and its nothing to do with anyone else.

if they dont like it. do one.

they are the ones who point the finger but were never interested in you in the first place.

Some will like it, some won't.

The thing everyone likes though is honesty so don't do what some do and lie about it saying you're straight when you're bi (or vice versa) as most will be put off by being told lies.

We won't ever appeal to everyone and thats fine, there are lots who will like you for who you are not for telling them what you think they want to hear

Hmm I’m kind of one of these people. I love watching bi mmf but wouldn’t take part in real life. Like gangbangs, love watching them on porn, no way would I get involved in one.

I like to leave some things to fantasy

There’s thousands of people on this site, not all use the forums. So you’re just getting a snap shot of opinions on here.

I am here for my own desires, some match and I will engage with that person or couple. The majority however don’t.

So I’m honest about my sexuality and what I’m looking for, my advice, do the same. Saves everyone time in the long run.

Just be honest.

There and to the left a bit

Have always identified as bisexual on here and it's done me no harm

There's a common misconception that bisexual men are not wanted which is perpetuated by people putting "won't meet bi men" on their profiles which makes it stand out - what a lot of people miss is that the overwhelming majority of profiles don't have that and are either not bothered by it or actively seek bisexual guys.

Its actually preferable for us as would love more bi encounters for Jewel (cuckold). We get quite a few message from guys saying they are bi but says straight on their profile which is usually an instant no from us. We prefer the honesty and knowing people are comfortable.

There are still so many double standards when it comes to bisexuality.

Women being bi - fantastic

Men - for many, not so much.

But really do you want to engage with people who judge you on your sexuality?

You do you (and whoever you want!)

I'm wee bit biased as Bi guys are my jam

That kinda defies logic: a man who’s man enough to pin another man down and fuck his ass sounds way manlier than one who can’t.

An interesting concept

The whole idea of masculinity... what is masculine? I prefer to be a gentleman.

Who's manlier? Someone that throws pints over their mates for a laugh and goes looking for a scrap? Or those proud to talk about who they are, stand-up to bullies, run towards danger to help others, and sometimes likes to look at and think about dick.

I know where I am in that short example.

Yes indeed the first group you speak about are just dicks in general who think being a man is being a bully.

Being honest has to be key but I do appreciate the frustration OP ...

My profile states bi-curious which is honest, but my preference would always be for a woman/ couple and would struggle with kissing another man but that's just me. I'm open minded and as long as everyone enjoys, why should it be an issue?

What i find frustrating is the profiles that state won't meet bi etc. I won't judge on that, it's a preference and each to their own but, to be judged and or stereotyped on it. I feel its a little sad... I'm certainly not going to jump on your man, or be more eager to play with him than a lady and nor does it make a bi man dirty.

My preference would always be as stated and the bi thing is just a bonus, not a necessity... so is judgement really fair? And shouldn't we all be judged as individuals, not by a box or classification.
