It’s a fantasy of mine to have more than one unopened message in my box

What’s your unopened messages number right now …?

Is it just me that gets the odd one or is it all of the male population ?

Personally think it'd be a nightmare having hundreds of messages to go through a day. Bad enough having a week off work, coming back and having 100 or so emails to wade through, imagine that every day!!

The most I've had is 3 or 4. But I reply to anyone, even people I'm not interested in.

In case you've never checked, do a search for "a man looking for a woman/couple" within the age and distance range you're looking for and you'll see what you're up against. Women (and some couples) are plagued on here and I appreciate every reply I get, even a polite no thank you.

I'd say half the messages I get are guys asking if I want sucked, even though I say I'm not into quickies on my profile, so god knows what the girls and couples are getting regardless of what their profiles say x

In the last 24 hours its about 2 or 3 that i've not resonded to.

I will respond to most, it's sexual ones from men that i don't reply to, because its not going to go anywhere with me being straight..

I dont mind messages from anyone on the whole though.

Well,some days I get more messages some less...I have pretty tight filters, so can't really complain about it.

I get ones from men offering blow jobs etc. Even tho it states quite clearly on my profile that men are not my thing. I will chat and be pleasant because it’s each to their own (and let’s face it, I don’t have hundreds to wade through), and I don’t want to rain too heavily on their parade. But messages from women are the rarest thing.

I keep filters tight so the only time I ever had that many messages was when I first joined. I then found filters and tightened mine right up and now and happy getting just the odd message. If there is a profile I like or something I've seen posted on the forums that I find interesting I will message first.

I don't see the point in wanting to get 100s of messages that I can't read or reply to and every message has been sent by someone hoping for a reply and most won't get one and I can see how disheartening that must be especially if they have sent out a well thought out message.

I’ve got 11 now, I’ve got rid of a load of one liners and absolute tripe. I’ve hidden my profile too because I fear for the human race for the stuff that lands in my inbox. The 11 are mostly friends, messages that have got lost in the inbox and a couple of people I intend on replying to.

The only time we got hundreds was when we ticked the meet single guy box it wasn’t a fun time trying to reply to everyone as they message back when you do lol, soon realised it’s best to have those filters set, must be a nightmare for single girls trying to get through them on a daily basis, full time job I would think

3128 I just can’t seem to keep up x I’d spent my whole day answering back or deleting or whatever x so I tend to just open what catches my eye

Maximum I have had at one time three. This last week when opted in to a thread on forums. All three block as in email , had link to another site. Inbox normally shows none as normal

My box is cavernous. You can yodel into it and hear it echo for half an hour.

Actually, I may have misunderstood slightly the comparison to the old sky remote there.
