Have you had any naughty experiences while out for a run? I've yet to experience that, although come close a couple of times (not literally). It's high up on the list though.

Would you agree that men/women instantly become 80% more attractive when running?

Me and my ex used to go 'running' in the woods a lot, haha!

But I don't think I become more attractive. Red and sweaty!

Red and sweaty sounds perfect to me!

When I am out running feeling sexy or wanting sex couldn't be further from my mind.

I don't care what I look like to anyone else, and all I am focusing on is my run, my performance, my pace, my effort, my distance, my route, whether I need fluids or a gel.... you see I am not sexy at all when running.

I disagree. That dedication to running is very sex in itself.

Have to agree with NBVN, very last thing on my mind. May come across an attractive runner now and again, but a smile and a wave is the usual interaction. What races have you guys got lined up?

I have a marathon in Oct, am on week 3 of my 16 week training plan. My 2 other events have been postponed.

What about you?

Yeah I'm on week 3, although not much training has been done this week. I'm running Liverpool in October and looking to book training races closer to the day to avoid any cancellations and postponements.

Hopefully running the Newport with b her ladyship. I say with, we both want to run our own races, this will be her first marathon and she likes her independence on long runs. It will be my first ever flat marathon (I've run Snowdon a few times and a couple of trail ones) so want to go for a PB.

Just found out this eve that there's probably a free space on an ultra I've run before coming up in November and hopefully (please don't let it be cancelled again) the Spine challenger in Jan

Away from organised stuff I'm hoping to do a 50 mile Gower circuit in early Sept with her ladyship running the first leg with me before reverting to being support crew.

Totally go running to clear the mind.

My running buddy is female and the post run endorphins can lead to some pretty heavy flirting, but we have never crossed that line.

Sometimes I wish....

But the running partnership we have is amazing.

So many races booked in. Stroud, Cheltenham, Dymock, London and a slew of smaller.... All leading up to the great Welsh ultra 200k in 48h next year.

Fair play, would love to run Snowdon. Snowdon 24 looks really tough if you're into mountain and ultra running.

I was due to run my first ultra in January, only 40 miles along the wychavon way, but low and behold that was cancelled too.

Snowdon is an awesome marathon, great route, great scenery and great atmosphere.

That Snowdon 24 looks to be mentally a killer - that route up Snowdon is long and not particularly interesting at the best of times, never mind repeating it over and over

Would love to do the spine challenger or snowdon marathon. Stunning places to be running.

Did the Hardmoors 60 last September, such a good event.

Coming back from long covid and booked the Lakelands 55 next year after having to miss out on everything this year. Nice bit of inspiration.

At the ThunderRun this weekend and can only manage enough laps to get the t-shirt.

Just to clarify, I'm not saying I think about sex when I'm running (maybe occasionally) or look at other runners in a sexual way when I see them running, I just generally find women who run, or enjoy fitness in general more attractive. From a mental perspective as well as physical.

I didn't realise I had a thing for women in those tight shorts and compression socks until I started running.

Bit of a nice surprise.

I do run with women a fair bit but don't think of sex. Too busy sweating.

The Hardmoors and the Lakeland runs have a reputation for very tough running.

Yeah Snowdon marathon and the dragons back race are both on my hit list.

Didn't look at the route for the 24, just assumed it would be up and down the PYG trail... But if it's following the train that would be mind numbing.

Those backyard ultras are growing in popularity, think the last race was a record breaker. 81 hours the guy ran for... Insane performance.

Yeah it was at the Suffolk one and that's what inspired me to give it a go. I certainly won't be aiming for 3+ days though!
