A day off. A lie in. Light warm summer nights. Listening to the sea. Storms. Fog over a moor. A log fire in winter knowing you dont have to leave the house again. Sitting by a river eating chips. Sitting and eating with friends. Kids laughing and being happy.

I love challenge OP, I love planning and executing my strategy…… and I feeling of success is amazing . The journey throughout is very rewarding, working towards something positive, it give me purpose and meaning.

My kids giggling!!

D when he smiles his eyes sparkle.

My friends and family being happy.

The sunshine and nature make me happy.

Life is full of beauty we just have to appreciate it!

Lots of little things, life is full of happy moments.

Like;

coffee in the garden early in the morning with the sun rising and the birds tweeting away.

Messages from brilliant people who make me smile a lot.

Snuggles with my partner. And a good hair brush!

Freshly baked cinnamon rolls with a drizzle of icing.

Watching a film/reading a book and getting lost in that world and forgetting about everything else.

Good sex that's intense and intimate and leaves you feeling on top of the world.

Doing something that's routine, but a happy part of your routine, like my morning coffee, or workout, or spending time with my cat in the afternoon after work.

Meeting new people that aren't horrible. That makes me happy too.
