Our block list is huge but not just from ppl who are idiots. We also block ppl who we arent compatible with to arrogant folk to timewasters. But has anyone blocked someone and met them at a gathering and realised they are actually cool/decent?

I don't tend to block and in my entire time here can probably count on the fingers of one hand how many I have.

But to answer the question yes I have changed my mind about people having met them, or even when I haven't - and that can work in both directions.

I only block rude messages so not likely to happen really. But there have been instances where people I think may come across as rude or abrupt are lovely in the flesh which is why I don’t pay too much heed to things said on here.

I block a lot, including people who were advertising for meets during the different lockdowns. I'm not sure I'll remember them really lol. Just like you, sometimes I block people because I'm not interested and I don't want to receive the same messages again. I see it as saving time for all of us really.
