Remember that programme that followed the staff of Easyjet dealing with rude, obnoxious and entitled passengers?

The amount of times I felt sorry for the staff as they were always blamed for everything whether the passengers were late or something happened beyond the control of the staff whether it's bad weather or air traffic control going down.

I agree. It's amazing how he managed to be there so long and deal with all those horrible passengers especially that one guy that looked like a gangster lol

Seeing the entitlement from the passengers on the show does ask a question which is, why do these entitled passengers or even entitled people in general act like tantruming 5 year olds when they don't get their way?

The answer is simple. They never great up.

I remember that but too probably cancelled now because of the charchters being in brown make up etc.

Who remembers one episode where this one guy was late for a flight and he was begging and saying please over and over despite being told many times he can't get on it?

The reason why is because he hadn't seen his girlfriend in three months and he was supposed to be meeting her I'm Zurich.

I remember at least one where someone had been sitting in the bar, in full view of the departures board and had missed their flight. So they went and shouted at the Airline staff for their own mistake.

Wasn't it that woman who got to the airport and checked in on time but still missed her flight because she didn't go through to the departure lounge after mistaking the bar for the departure lounge?

Sounds like her - she claimed that she couldn't see the Departures Board, but the TV pointed out that there was one in the bar and that it was impossible to miss.

That sucks. It seems people always want someone to blame for their own faults when it comes to being late for flights and when you try to help them, all they do is argue.

Who remembers that episode of Airline back in Series 1 where a couple missed a flight for a cruise?

I kind of felt sorry for them as they flew to the next port to catch up with the cruise liner but due to bad weather and the sea being choppy, the boat turned and left without them so they ended up being stranded in Malta going from one hotel to the next for the rest of their holiday.

I've always said that if I was that situation, I would have cut my losses and gone home.
