For me I don't look at the friend requests, if someone wants to friend me then I guess it would have come up in messages we would have exchanged.

Friends are friends to me, friendship is also a relationship which is developed.

But if you don't delete them and just ignore them, then they can't send you another one so you receive less in the long run

Loving it maybe a factual thread is needed... along with ...sorry forgotten name... accept and delete when off line, the green tick...

I'd never accept a request from a hidden profile. Mine is hidden at the moment but I'm also not sending requests or messages. It's my way of showing that I don't want to engage at the moment (apart from the occasional forum comment!)
