I like the system but that's because im shy and struggle making the first move.

Looks like I last had a meaningful wink about a year ago! I have got winks from guys a few weeks back and also from fake spam accounts but as I don’t want winks from these, they don’t count

I get the impression most women don’t like the wink system anyway.

The ladies here often voice the opinion it’s lazy and they can’t be arse with you if you can’t be arsed to construct a fabulously well thought out first message with face pic and rainbows and unicorns etc etc etc

I think some women give women a bad name, why overthink everything we hear to have fun and enjoy. Not create rules upon rules, everyone knows rules were meant to be broken

I think winks are great and as said, an expression of interest and hoping to catch someone's eye without them necessarily having to trawl through more messages... and I appreciate they're not for some but when I read that they're lazy and senders will be blocked Have to admit that just saddens and frustrates, surely that's more effort on principal and could be missing a good thing from someone that just wants to break the ice

I've been a couple here and been inundated with them, but they were still appreciated but as a single now... they're a bit like tumble

Wink away, I'm guaranteed to respond. The wink system is a brilliant way attract that initial attention. It reminds me of a sticker that I had in the back window of my car in my younger, wilder days which read, "Honk if you bonk."

I don’t wink very often. Apart from someone I can’t stop winking at. So annoying having to wait 4 weeks between winks!

I find I get a lot of winks when I am in the chat rooms on here. Very few otherwise.
