Hi, I'm looking to go to quest but it would be my first time ...I'm a single male .. I've looked on the website but would appreciate any feedback on what to expect, what should I wear, if I'm on my own what should I do etc ...thank you

I have never seen anyone in a club wearing denim shorts. Why not wear long trousers ? If you get warm you can take them off and sit around in your boxers.

Yes unprotected sex is allowed but usually only happens between partners.

My advice is dress to impress. Smart casual is always good. I go jeans/trousers and jumper/shirt depending on the weather. It gets hot in there in more way than one so short sleeved shirt is always a good one even on cold days.

Generally it ends up with most people in a towel and pants at some stage anyway.

In terms of what to expect. It’s really friendly. Most people in there will make you feel welcome. But don’t hound others. Some people will be there on their first time too. Chat to people at the bar. But be yourself. And see what happens.

Safe sex is imperative and everyone will insist on it unless you and your regular playmate agree otherwise between you and only you. Make no assumptions otherwise. Safe safe safe.

Depending on the night you might find yourself as 1 of a few single guys. My rule is not to go in the play areas unless invited by others. It helps you stop becoming labelled in with the ‘wanking dead’ key janglers. (Those who know know haha )

Not been to quest, but as far as club etiquette, don't be pushy, don't expect to get a shag, just be yourself.

Dress codes vary from club to club, it's acceptable to be in boxers, or just a towel in most.

they are not all that bad as in most places I have been to the bar area is separate, most have private play rooms, it's only the communal play areas that feel a little intimidating in respect of being watched.

I have used clubs more for the social aspect though I have played when I had been with a partner in the past

Yeah mate. Great advice . The towel zombie wankers . It's good as it makes the decent ones stand out from the crowd. I'm a regular at Quest and love the social side to swinging. It will be nice to see a few of my fab friends when back to normal

Whichever club you are going to will have a FAQ page on it's website.
