It's Mr here for a change

bought a delicious looking cherry muffin this morning and been looking forward to it for lunch but upon eating it... it was dry as a twating bone

completely ruined my day

Who else has there fingers in the cake this afternoon and can I have some?

Now if you'd have asked yesterday, I could have told you about the sweet inviting moistness of a lightly nutmegged carrot cake. I could have described the silken smooth topping of sugared cream cheese topped with crunchy walnut fragments. I'd have spoken of finger licking and lips smacking and how it washed down and satisfied me with a quaff of P.G. tips....

but that was yesterday .. so I can't today sos .......

I have a tounge like a ant eater so I bet I could still lick those nips whilst at eye level

as for the carrot cake if it had cinnamon in then you can keep it... thats tge devil's spice that is. I will however take a classic Victoria sponge if you have any laying around
