I struggle to tie my shoe laces sometimes. God knows the state I'd get into doing it myself

Aparantly you can already get freezable underwear for men.

Or I suppose you could slip those little lunch box frozen icepacks in your underwear? Be alright if you wasn't bothered about frostbite on your delicate bits
