We reported someone to admin, what happens when you do? He has since left the site..

This is what admin say about reports..

What happens to a report? An admin reviews every single user report we receive. We may permanently suspend a user's account, disable certain aspects of the account or issue them a warning. We won't provide you any feedback on what action we've taken.

Depends what you reported him for. If its serious enough and there's some sort of corroboration, eg. Messages they can just delete his profile so maybe that's what happened x

Admin don't delete anyones profile but they can disable one if needed,its only the profile holder that can delete a profile

Or they can just permantly remove access to each others profiles, so if that has happened, it means you cannot see them and they can not see you, doesn't mean they are no longer on site.

In that case he has left the site then x

The above happened to me, and they no longer appeared on my block list, but I had saved their abusive message and they still appear there to this day.

The other thing is that he left the site because he wasnt getting any meets.

He may have left and it actually has nowt to do with what you reported him for.

Dont worry about it is what i say and enjoy the friends you do have

thats usually what happens, thats why i never report people as they just come back on a new user name so i cant see the point

He only joined one hour before then left site.. Odd peeps on here lol.. Doesn't bother me as we get too many messages anyway it just intrigues me..

If people use message filters to block messages from new and un verified profiles then anyone who left and comes back on a new profile to send more abuse won't be able to message you.

Obviously they could get verified and then message but hopefully they will of moved on by then.

...thats exactly what happened in our case...we only discovered this when setting up another profile to see if we could still contact guy who was pretending to be a couple...pointless telling admins as they've left him on...suppose it wouldnt matter one way ort other if they deleted his account as he'd only set up another....
