Did you know its not illegal to sunbath naked in your own garden, but....

"Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, it is not an offence for a person to appear naked in public but it becomes an offence if it can be proved that the person stripped off with the intention to cause distress, alarm or outrage."

Hmmm, anybody been caught naked bathing?

My next door neighbour and my wife use to sun bathe topless ,people in flats overlooking never complained, but we then had families with children move in so they stopped , both only do now with a bit of cover

I used to..now live in a flat but its so hot today, naked indoors ..ex used to have 20ft trees framing garden so often naked and doing gardening in the nude

Probably, loads of times and nobody has complained. Naked a lot in the garden. I think most people don't have a problem with innocent nudity in the confines of their neighbours home. It's not like you can see anything too graphically from a distance anyway and there's no requirement to keep looking. The law has been carefully written to not persecute nudity while also protecting people from unsolicited inappropriate behaviour.
