When the kids were little my ex and I had a place near Marbella. One evening the kids and I went to the beach (too hot during the day) and went to paddle - holding hands and jumping the waves as they hit the shore. We watched the sun setting over the sea - and I remember thinking that it doesn’t get better than this. I’ll remember that moment when I’m very old and my life goes from bed to chair, from chair to bed!

She was in Bangkok came up to me asked for some advice, got talking to her and she said she was from Hawaii. She was absolutely perfect, beautiful inside and definitely out. Even the advice she was asking about was about entry fees to a Go Go Bar we happened to be sitting in.

The best image I've ever seen and recorded in a photo, was at my brother's Passing Out Parade at RAF Cranwell in the early 1980's, after his Officer Training Course.

The most memorable part was seeing my Father's face, beaming with tears of joy in his eyes, his chest puffed out in pride and totally speechless he saw my brother gain his Officer status.

Mine was the hill country in Kerala, southern India. It’s where the tea and spice plantations are. They grow them across the hills, right to the top. They make the most beautiful green patterns and the women pick them by hand. It’s a quiet, beautiful place with friendly, peaceful people - they call it “God’s own country” and when I saw it I had to agree.
