Like Will Smith not taking the neo role in the matrix.

Have you passed something up to regret it later? What was it? Would it have changed where or who you are today?

"But then again

I've never regretted not eating tofu. Doesn't look appealing.

I regret not moving to London in my early 20’s I was working in stockbroking but allowed a few obstacles to scupper it.

I don’t regret the path I’ve taken but life could have been v different.

That’s why in my latter years I’m going to fulfill my regrets & give it a go in London!

Hindsight is a wonderful thing probably not, but would I be in a very different place? Or no place at all!

Oh dear, is it not what you thought it would be? Sorry to hear that.

I've made a few job cock ups before now, but found my calling eventually.

I don't really want to discuss what I regret, because a) I feel very guilty about it and b) I don't know if I do regret it or just feel sad

À few times I've been unkind. I regret that.

I know this might sound weird but I tend to have slight regret when it comes to not fucking people in the past when the opportunity arose! Or something a little deeper, I tend to regret my behaviour and attitude towards people when I was unaware and untreated for mental illness.

I guess that if I'd been a more selfish and nasty person I could have had a lot more fun in life. I suppose there might be one or two events where it would have been better to do something slightly different. On the whole though, I prefer being me than being anyone else that I could have turned into.

I get that.

I like to reflect on it, it makes me a bit sad too but then also reminds me to not repeat that and go for things I want now.

The thing I quasi regret cannot be changed, nor can it or will it be repeated..... I have a lifetime to dwell on it, literally.

Doesn't sound weird to me as I also have those not fucking people regrets. I was hung up on exes at the time, I look back now and think why did I not take advantage of those opportunities.

One in particular I had no idea she liked me till a few years later, really regret that one.

Jeez this thread is showing I have more regrets than I thought! I can definitely relate to the selfish one.

I regret the mistakes I've made that I've never been able to identify, the ones where I don't know what I did wrong.

Not seeing more concerts, would have loved to have seen George Michael.

Have to make do with youtube to see him, what a voice he had.
