"Spoke to a lovely young lady yesterday she mentioned that she’s been struggling with her mental health .... new job is a little overwhelming I just wanted to ask ... have any of you done gratitudes ...? So either first thing in the morning or last thing at night ... write down ! (Not just think of ) the writing thing is important 3 things you are grateful for . If in the morning it could be what happened yesterday or if in the evening that day So today .... "I haven't but you know that some people say if you see a white feather it means an angel is nearby? I don't believe that but if I see a white feather I remind myself to count my blessings and take a minute to think of one or two. Also both of us take time out in the day to just sit quietly together and drink coffee and really appreciate it, sounds like such an ordinary thing to do but even on the worst days its a focus point and something to look forward to.
