Unfortunately a lot of changes in the rock styles during the 90s, some for the good, some not. I was mainly rock but loved many styles, artists & even certain songs by artists that I didn't like!!! Guess it's being a muso you listen to stuff at times for other reasons other than just the song.

I'm sure there's a lot but I really can't be arsed to go checking!!! I'd forgotten about Gun & have to agree it rocks, wish I'd done it sometime as a cover!

For me some would would be:

Jeremy — Pearl Jam

Thunderstruck — AC/DC

Bitter Sweet Symphony — The Verve

Are You Gonna Go My Way — Lenny Kravitz

Smooth —Santana and Rob Thomas

Black Hole Sun — Soundgarden

Without You - Van Halen

Herts

Too many to mention and too many with great memories:

For example, a friend and I decided to go to Prague one weekend, didn’t even plan where we’d sleep just went to the airport bought some tickets and boom! Prague.

We went to a bar some very attractive Eastern European women behind the bar …I went to order two beers when my mate grabbed my shoulder and said “Bruvvvvvv….. Look at the prices! JAMESONS IS LIKE £1 a double”

Next day we go back to the bar we walk in…the whole place turns to look at us, a guy walks behind the bar and reaches down, me and my friends look at each other thinking this is where we die…a girl jumps up and shouts “YOU GUYS!!!!! DOUBLE JAMESONS”

And boom ‘ Me and You versus the World” by Space comes on.

I cannot remember what happened that night over 25 years ago.
