Age prefence or limit

As a young guy I've noticed a lot of people have their profile set as only accessible to older, was wondering if this was a preference or if people believe there should be an age limit above 18 on the site?

As a 57yr old I'm finding the opposite and a lot of women have their upper limit set at 50 or 55.

It will just be a preference. I’m only 28 and still wouldn’t meet anyone below 21, even 21 is a push

Quite a lot of people aren't in to meeting people younger than their children so set their limits accordingly. Do I think the age restrictions should be over 18 erm no I guess not, 18 is adult. Would I personally meet anyone even close to 18? No it would give me the creeps, but a fair few people are specifically looking for that age range.

We prefer couples a bit closer to our age, as they tend to have a bit more experience. That being said, in certain situations (party/club) we've ended up outside our normal age range.

My son is 28 (29 this year), I'm old enough to have kids aged 37 so my lower limit is 40. Happy with that as have much more things in common to laugh about with over 40s ... no reflection on young people at all!

My ideal age is 25-38 but I make exception either way, like I went younger and older.

I have my age limit at 29 on here but I have been having fun with a guy who's 23

Hes a great guy and we get on very well, so why not

Same as previously said, wouldn't be interested in someone closer to my sons age than me.

Also I have a thing for a much older gent and older people in general.
