"Is sex a contact sport? "

I'd say yes, unless it's phone sex or Internet porn, then it's non contact

I love it, even though I have confronted seals and white water canoe courses. My board is too narrow and its affecting my stability and so I spent a lot of time in the water rather than singing "just one cornetto" to myself

I was hoping for a No as I've been told to avoid any contact sport.... looks like I won't be taking that advice then!

It really is fantastic though and I thoroughly enjoy it, especially on pretty rivers as the sea can get very choppy near cliffs.

Good luck with your activities too my lovely.

Powerlifting, strongman, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, greco wrestling, and I took up running for shits and giggles and did a half marathon in 1:59 with only like 6 months of running experience

My favourite sport is mountaineering - especially winter climbing but opportunities are limited. Rock climbing is much more available locally and of course running - I prefer trail and ultra distances. Training with NBVN for her first marathon and as it's a completely flat course I'm going for a PB time myself.

Anything outdoors is right up my street, love my paddle board and walking.

That's a descent time for a half - fitness and strength are very transferable for running.
