OP, despite what people may tell you it will be hard for a brown, presumably Asian, man to meet people on here. This is because the Asian male has a reputation of being pushy and/or disrespectful to women. Somewhat deserved in my empirical experience but of course there are always the exceptions.

Unless you have a very good profile, which you don't, and are exceptional eloquent in your messages, you're best bet is to visit clubs. This way you can speak to people face to face and you never know, some may overcome their prejudices.

And to add the point… I don’t think courtesy is the exclusive domain of any society. I think, you’d agree that it is a massive generalization… I do appreciate the view. Am far from either pushy or non genuine.. I guess, like most things in life, I’d try and persist and who knows, Luck may shine one day.

My 2 pence worth would be to have patience OP. Regardless of ethnicity or any other factors take your time on the site. Nothing will happen overnight, just enjoy the ride and use it as an escape (especially if you're not getting that from work right now).

You seem like a very intelligent chap and, if you contribute in the forums, I'm sure it won't be long before you're chatting to like minded people and progressing things from there.

OP, I'd have honestly had no idea what your ethnicity was if you'd not pointed it out. Maybe I need my eyes testing but I don't think "being brown" is the issue. I think your pics are a bit meh and your bio is more like a dating site bio. Also, single guys are somewhat over represented here.

Keep contributing on the forums, get yourself "out there" in forum terms and take some better pics

Personally i like the sexual content to come out in the meet. The sex stuff is easy, i like my mind to be turned on tuned in. But thats just me.

Hi Hilbert! Do I detect a mathematics reference there? You've got me kind of hoping that you run a hotel that always has room for more guests...

Fab can be a weird and sometimes hard place to be, but I also find it somewhere that it is possible to have conversations about everything from "blue waffle" (no don't look it up, I haven't either, but I'm reliably told that if you do you will want to brillo pad your memory) to the science of black holes.

I've been here a few years now, had a very slow start, but made some good friends via discussing all manner of things on the forums. Watch for topics coming up that you're interested in, add your opinion, and slowly your name will become known.

As for your profile, check out what other men put, pick up ideas, then do your own thing. Revisit your write up periodically, allow it to develop as you find more about how you relate to others here. Examine your own feelings, your thoughts about what you want to get out of the site, they will change with time.

More photos might be good, but just put up whatever you are happy with and what you feel represents what you stand for.

Hope that you do okay, and if you want to start any discussions about the mathematics of infinity...

My profile is rather dull but it’s me. I’m hardly the font of wisdom on how to attain your desired objective here but if stay in the Forum a while, you’ll soon get a feel for how you may want to present yourself. I changed my profile weekly in my first few weeks until I settled on what suited me best, not what I thought others wanted.

Finally! Someone picked up the name of the genius… indeed a reference to maths..

I run a company, but becoming a hotelier is a debate I constantly have with friends

Thanks a lot for the feedback … once I survive the working day, I will try and work on the ideas, most are very practical .. just need to survive the week first.

Infinity does my head in, always. But, currently fretting about multilayer multivariable regressions
