Secret hideaway in the pennines

Do the last couple of days,my back has really given me some stick, it's an old injury that flares up every now and then, and knocks me for 6.

So having just had a hot bath I need someone to come and rub some heat cream on it as it's a bit difficult to reach

Get some Epsom salts, put a load in a bath with some lavender.

That should help any muscle spasms a bit.

I keep my back in check with daily stretches and ice/heat packs. When it goes it's agony

There’s a good bit of evidence to suggest we don’t absorb magnesium through the skin, oral supplementation and better food choices would be preferred
