Apart from the xenophobia and racism and probably a splash of homophobia.

I won’t tell Marlene about that little bird in Sheffield . If you look on Facebook for the Only Fools & Horses Appreciation Society it’s Only Fools & Horses galore , they also do conventions where you can meet the cast , including Mickey Pierce ( Patrick Murray , John Challis & Sue Holderness ( Boycie & Marlene ) Rachquel ( Tessa Peak Jones ). Cassandra ( Gwyneth Strong ) Alan Parry ( Dennis Lil ) .

Porridge, especially the episode’ A night in’ great acting and script. Was always my favourite I loved that it didn’t have intro music, the door slamming was almost like you were entering the Prison yourself.

Created the word naff (not available for fucking) and when I went for an interview to be a Prison Officer after leaving the Army, the Officers I were talking to said it summed up Prison quite well. They all knew a Fletcher

Obviously a great bunch of actors, even the supporting casts were cast well, but with Richard Beckinsdale and Ronnie Barker perfect in their roles and written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais I just think it never had a bad episode.

Liked Only Fools but loved Porridge
