It’s that time of the day! I’m brewing up but what are you all having as your accompanying slice of choice?

I’m torn between a slice of Red Velvet or a slice of banana

Red velvet cake is amazing but it has to be fresh and not overly sweet.

I caved earlier and had a slice of Eton mess sponge cake a colleague had baked - like a Victoria sponge but topped with mini, oh so mini meringues and a whipped strawberry cream topping and strawberry jam in the middle with white chocolate and crushed meringues. So brilliant I'd bathe in it.
