Never use wi-fi I'd never pay for another service when I'm paying for one that's suppose to provide a service failure to do so would be breach of contract.

Done tests . Appears although all green lights on router . Not connecting to internet. Engineer booked already for today.

Which provider are you with OP? I'm with 3 and use a WiFi thingumajig, but it's cabled up to ma P.C., no problems here as I can run ma phone off it as well
