What has being anti jew got yo do with it?

I've never had to deal with amazon directly regarding an item so no clue what they are like. Any company I have had to deal with to send stuff back have been fantastic. No arguments. Refunded to me as soon as hermes registered that I had given it to the collection point.

Only ever had issues with MyHerpes. As a Jew I always found Amazon refund process better than anyone else and If you kick off they even throw money at you.

Report the product if they don't take it down send a link to the product to the BBC watchdog team pretty sure it will be removed once the media start getting involved if nothing else.

That could be more difficult as that’s an actual seller, not Amazon itself. So any problems go direct to the seller not yo Amazon. If it’s something like that I would imagine they will eventually get involved but it will take forever! Have you had a response from the seller?

You just have to take a deep breath and follow the silly rules because the systems aren’t setup for humans.

I used to get iPads continently mis delivered by them regularly , they diddnt actually care their staff are stealing them , it was all over the forums , they will care even less about hitler on a quilt, they will refund you if you tick all the right boxes in the right order a few times and don’t try to contact them directly in any way you will explode with anger at the replies

I would. See what they say. Let me know I may be able to advise a bit more. Most of my business is done through merchant and prime. I can’t message you though lol x

Purchased from Amazon on prime as needed a tool ASAP, £90. Dispatched, notified, the lot.

I'm at home waiting on this tool, and I'm within meters of the front door, no-one comes all afternoon/evening.

Phone pings, with "Amazon has delivered your part" and claiming I'd signed for it. Clearly, I had not.

I raise a delivery complaint as now £90 short, no-tool, can't work and very pissed off.

After 24 hrs arguing, Amazon dispatches a replacement Free of Charge.

I'm now 2 days late on the job I wanted completed, but at last, tool arrives and I sign for it!

Couple days later, my neighbor knocks on the door with the first tool I ordered!! I now have £180 worth of tooling (which I can and will use) for £90. Do I feel guilty? Hell no. If Amazon are going to deliver to the wrong house and claim I personally signed for it, Fuck Them. This is their mistake. I'm pissed off to be late on doing the job, but glad to be £90 up.
