Went to watch this yesterday in Motherwell. Had an absolute blast cheering on a friend who was taking part and came away with a new record lift and a 2nd place overall result! British championship next month now!

Congratulations to her, although you could have done with a comma in there as I read that first time around as you had come away with a new record lift and 2nd place

Haha...cant put a comma before an "and"

My punctuation is just fine thank you! .

Besides, theres no way I could have even budged half of those lifts!
