Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Fried - crispy on edges but runny in the yellow part. On buttered toast drizzled in Tonkatsu sauce.

Poached in Chinese Black Vinegar - on buttered toast drizzled in Tonkatsu sauce.

C - have it daily before the gym… love me some scrambled eggs. The tip is to continue stiring, 30 secs on heat, 30 off heat & continue till done
