"A trapped nerve may also explain a headache, the exercise might be triggering them. " That's why I asked. I did something like that once and any form of strenuous exercise or even orgasm brought on a headache which felt like my head would explode. There is a name for it if you google weight related headaches

"Ok, so this is a bit of a random one but I'd thought I'd ask anyway! For the past two weeks I've had what seems like a constant headache - it only seems to get really tense after I've done something vigorous (ie running or sex) at which point I need to stop, lay down and let it do it's thing. It's been really hot weather and running or sex you do dehydrate just like boiling a kettle all the water in you boils and without fluids you get a sighe to say your on empty and that's a headache It first happened during a meet (which I carried on!) and became very strong after the act to the point I had to pull over and wait for 20 mins. Then I had a constant dull throb in the front of my head for a few days. It happened again later during a run a few days later - again, I had to stop and take a knee until it passed. I've spoken to the GP who just gave me paracetamol an said it was dehydration - I'm very good with my diet and hydration, and this isn't it. I've done the pee test and it's as clear as its getting without bottling it! I don't think it's a migraine - I've got family who have those and this only comes to boiling point after exertion. Any ideas? I've also checked the NHS symptom checker which seems to think I have a brain hemmorage... Really doubt it's that! "
