I just come & go as it suits me because it can become like 'man on a mission'!

Worth staying on as a freebie, forums can be entertaining & you never know with new members joining everyday.

Think all the locals will have checked me out by now if they were really interested in my type they would have messaged me.

I do make the effort with my sent messages, usually get nowhere but I don't worry about it, fret over it & let it get me down or such.

But, we've been in lockdown so not a lot of fun to be had anyone; the draught is almost over and more people will be coming out to play so hang around a tad longer before giving Fab the big heave-ho.

It is not a hook up instashag site...

Yes it has a meets section. But it is not the core, not the heart of what FAB is about.

Once individuals understand this. Then they enjoy the site more.

Perhaps your expectation of what the site is about are skewed and this is why you and many others are dejected.

Yeah I agree. I thought the OP would also be told to 'man up' too. People can have long term sexual goals and desires, but not be brimming with sexual confidence from the start. We've all got to start somewhere!

I don't think anyone does anything 'wrong' in Fabland, unless there is abuse

I don't think lockdown has helped any and I think it may be a while before people feel comfortable meeting again

Stuck around the forums and take away the expectations for now as you just put pressure on yourself.

Joining in with conversation and enjoying fab in ways such as the pictures and forums then if one happens across a potential meet then an added bonus is achieved.

Yep covid lockdowns definitely altered the feel and fun of it on here, I was here before Covid and definitely notice a change. Agree with you, it will pick up again in due course

Take a break or reduce the amount of time you use Fab. Use the forums or chatrooms more.

I view it like a pub you go to regularly. Pop in a few times a week, interact with a few people and over time you will connect a bit more with some of them. Eventually everyone will know your name.

Fun fact: this thread title has been used more than any other title in Fab history, only on two occasions have women used the time and that was in relation to the song and not leaving, all the others have been men wanting people to make the decision for them, make of that what you will. The title has been used 4 times already this year, all by men, all who stayed, the most since 2014, when it was used 7 times before June.

Fab can be very hard if your not a woman tv/ts or couples seeking men

Men and couples seeking single female only have it the hardest

If fabs getting you down op hide profile but we’re just about there op

Hopefully the 19th then clubs and such will start open up

All of your photos are in your bedroom. Do you have any other hobbies or interests? Maybe do the things that you're passionate about and get some nice pics. Then you get to enjoy doing the thing you like, fab will become less important, but your profile will be more attractive as people get to see that side of you.

You have to consider that this being such a public site that it is you are going to get a certain percentage of time wasters, wind-up merchants, jokers & unfortunately those who are abusive & try to cause problems.

Like many have already said you ignore it, you block them, you report them. If you respond (& a reaction is what they want) chances are they'll just continue so don't waste your time with it. The majority of them are arseholes who hide behind their computer screens & in the flesh wouldn't dare say what they do on line. Pathetic imbeciles!

Don't let them get to you, if you find it gets too much have a break for a while, but as I said before it's a public site, open to many so there's bound to be a number of simpletons & you're above them.

Just try to chill and relax, it will happen when it happens, social meets are a great way to break the ice, as long as you go in with zero expectation, the organised socials are a great way to meet others, my advise, gow with the flow, it's a marathon not a sprint, dip into the forums, and have a laugh, don't take it too seriously, remember we outnumber our very sexy counterparts something like 50 to one, try make the best of what it is and good things will happen, believe me
