Full body for me, but going easy on the squats as I've got a couple of minor niggles.

Been pushing myself lately 45 mins cardio (rowing, running and cycling) then 45 mins on two body parts.

What's helped massively is high cardio low impact yoga, stopped any nagging injuries and helped my core and flexibility.

Love gym and exercise, massive help not just for looks but also mental health.

Trained the last 3 days hard and feeling it so going to do some light high rep deadlifts and maybe same with low row, shoulder press treat more as a cardio / circuit, just 20-30 mins today

Every day is leg day.

Cardio done at 6:30 this morning

Gym tonight, squats, bench and power cleans, all low weight as still rehabbing injury
