Despite the gym body interlopers once again trying to undermine the real dad bods I will raise my head above the parapet.

As with milf or gilf I don’t think dad bod requires you to be a “parent”. More of an age thing where you could be a dad. Physically I’d say it’s anything above a gym fit body, usually a bit soft around the edges and upwards.

Some weeks I actually think I need to get shot and tone up, other weeks I give myself some appreciation and remind myself of Ron Jeremy!

In all honesty though it's never caused me a problem over the years, most woman have a soft spot for it even if they don't flaunt it.

Never stepped foot in Gym just have natural muscles and barrell chest from hard work... strong hands with a few callousness from time to time... belly is rounder than it was 10 years ago but waist still smaller than chest, so I think it's ok.... Naturally hairy chest, I'll trim down below for a meet, but not going to shave it.... Ever! Beard comes and goes depending on my whims.... And own a full head of hair when I don't shave it off. More salt creeping into the pepper every year, but I like it, so not going to dye it or anything..... I try to keep it clean and stop it from smelling to much bit I'm fairly hard on the old body and feel it some mornings.....

All in all nothing to be proud or ashamed of... just a typical Dad bod I guess
