I recently developed a good friendships with a couple on here and it turned out they need a few jobs doing and been looking for someone. Handyman and property maintenance is what I do, the lady has had a fantasy about this scenario so it turned out well for all of us although it kind of worked in reverse in this instance. I wouldn't think it would happen too often though as much as I like to dream of a diary full of needy ladies.
