Has anybody had any real world experience with these things?

Do they work? Do the results last? Do they give a better sensation after use?

Yes, I have one.

Like any penis pump YMMV.

Some will claim regular use will enlarge the penis, but I just found it to be uncomfortable so it gets little to no use anymore.

If I were to get another pump I would get one that doesn't need me to be in the bath or shower, as that limits the frequency and ease of use.
