He was on more than minimum wage for his age even then so if you're still in that industry you'd need to at least match that or give another incentive as to why they'd come to you over another brand | |||

" The average salary for a apprentice automotive technician is £14,238 per year in England. (Indeed.com) No idea how valid this is as not an industry I’m familiar with. But sounds fair for a junior manual labour job. | |||
